SOS Emergency call function fault

Hi Guys,
So it's been more than a month now driving Q3 F3 2020 nice car.
Anyway as title suggests I have been getting this message on and off so total of 5 or 6 times I have seen but generally disappears at next restart.
Anyone else is getting this fault message?

Yes, I have a 2021 RSQ3 and my car started to do it within a short period of owning it, system told me to contact Audi Centre, but at 8.00pm at night no way! So phoned Audi breakdown and was told "not to worry the car is perfectly safe to drive". Went to my dealership next day and they checked it out only to say there is a "update" due soon. I also told them that when it all went wrong it also knocked out my MMI..............not good if you are in a strange area using your sat nav! It suddenly blanks out and your "on your own". how safe is that? Especially as it is rebooting, it seams like a lifetime without guidance. This has happened so many times now and also searches for phone preferences as well!
Now over 6 months and after another visit to my dealership when I am told in October and I am given a letter explaining the delay, that the "update" will be done in December! It's now nearly 2022 and no contact no "update"! Have I bought a car that is not up to manufacturers specification when sold to me? Or am I suffering with the "hot air syndrome"?
I love my car in every way BUT come on Audi get your act together or do I go to a higher plane?
