My initial reason for changing car was to get something to pull a caravan, and I selected the Q3.
I needed something reasonably quickly as the caravan was due in a few weeks, so purchased a pre-built car. As you can imagine, dealers do not spec tow bars.
I ended up getting Audi to retro fit the official Audi tow bar, that comes with 3 years Audi warranty.

Yes, the tow bar is fitted, and superbly well hidden!

If the light is green the tow bar is locked (either stowed away, as above picture, or locked ready to tow)

If the light is red, the tow bar is not locked.

Here is the tow bar in position

and a slightly different angle

This is the same job as a factory fitted tow bar.

Mega bucks!

It was supposed to be £1500, but I could get a non Audi one fitted for £850, so I negotiated the price down to £1000.
No warranty worries if any electrics have problems.
