Hi I have a Q3 TSFI (Auto) 9000Km on the clockand my first problem was an Emmission Control problem (warning light orange) with the result the vehicle went into limp mode and then had to get Audi assist to tow in vehicle (Flat Bed) the result from audi was that diagnostics showed nothing, they reset and did a software update, and I collected vehicle. Three days later it again went into limp mode without the Emmmission error warning, however the limp mode reset its self after restarting. returned to workshop and this time diagnostics was third gear ? a Mechatronics has been ordered to be replaced Anyone aware of any problems like this...?

I've heard that the limp mode could go due to several problems, such as transmission (especially mechatronics), turbo, emission control and fuel intake problems (generally driving the car while low fuel level and fuel light comes on is one of the common cause of the limp mode).
And please let us know when the service do solve the issue.
