Hello All,
I hope you all are doing well.
My question I would like to remove the door card front passenger side.
Pictures attached.
I think I have removed all the clips.
I could only find 1 torx screw which I have removed.
I took out handle trim just in case if there was screw but nothing.
I took out door lock blank but nothing there.
I don't want to force and break any thing.
Any idea if anyone successfully removed door card.
Thanks.
Regards,
KJ

I've not found any unofficial sources for parts books or shop manuals for the latest Audi models so my best guess would be to use the info for a similar model year Audi from youtube and (very carefully) see how it compares.
This Audi E tron door card removal video may give some clues - How to Remove a Door Panel on a 2019 Audi E-tron - YouTube

Subscribing to Audi Erwin and downloading the official service procedure would be another option - erWin – Homepage not logged on (audi.com)

Ahan. Thanks for tips once my work finishes I'll see what I can do.
I'll post if I am able to get everything right.
There is this constant buzz coming out of passenger side I just want to rule out if it's the door card.
Might be seat.
Let's see.

Thanks.

KJ

I got a buzz on the drivers side KJ, thought it was the door and discovered it was the outer dash air vent, moved it and the buzz stopped - I wonder if its the case on yours - but the passenger side vent?

Thanks John.
I'll see.
It's that buzz very prominent while accelerating on slightly rough roads.
As some something is broken and it's just buzzing.
Usually when it's bit warm outside it gets louder.
I am halfway in removing the door card and I'll try if I can successfully remove.
One more try today.

Thanks.

KJ

Haha found the screws.
Thanks Spike for video used it as a reference.
I have not yet taken out the door card fully but that would be it.

Thanks.

KJ

Seems like that annoying buzzing sound is sorted.
I have put back door card, went for a drive and no more buzzing.
For reference I am attaching pictures how clips look like if anyone wants to take door card out.
I used Halfords prying tool no marks.
Thanks.

KJ

Well done. You may have been able to persuade the dealer to do it under warranty but there is always the risk they won't be as careful as you..

Well thing is if I tried explaining them they would have come up with something new.
Plus the waiting time booking appointment and alll.
Anyways I am happy it's sorted as far as I know.
But now we know how to take out that **** door card.
:D
Thanks.
