Collected my new Q3 from the Gloucester-based dealer on the first Saturday in October. Sales exec, Richard Hammond (no, not that one), could not have been more helpful or unhurried. Dealt with Richard from the start and tested his patience with a number of spec changes which he handled without a hint of a skyward eyeball.Took his time with the hand-over and made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. Turned down the "free" keyring and asked for an Audi hat instead which arrived in the post today. Also got my f & r mudflaps fitted foc.This is my third Audi from Parklands (Blade Group). I will be returning.
