Hi, has anyone ever upgraded their MMI with this product??

It states no screen change, no coding and the original MMI systems continues to run simultaneously.

Looks to me like a rebranded Chinese unit that you can buy on ebay or AliExpress cheaper tbh.
The one John posted is different and put together over here but it's also a lot more expensive.
Whether it's better or not, I'd like to know that too!
