Hi guys,
as a safety precaution the video goes blank as the car is in motion, but how I do I make the video stay on while the car is still moving, cause my passengers wishes to see it and not me since I am driving. Thanks

I think the law as it stands, is that if you can see the screen (and therefore be distracted by it), then it is illegal.

Some (other manufacturer) systems have a screen feature that hides the view from the driver's viewing angle - but Audi doesn't.

My previous car could be "spoofed" by lifting the handbrake by a notch while moving - but as the Q3 has an Electric Handbrake, you can't even do that.

I don't think this is wise. Lorry drivers have been seen to have a lap top on their dashboards whilst travelling down the motorways and they have been prosecuted.

You say that you do not intend to watch it- try explaining that to the Police when / if you were stopped. Buy a tablet and save the possible hassle!
