</font>I love the
car but Audi customer service was very poor.Mrs R put the Autoglym
Lifeshine on for me the next day and we let sit for 90 minutes before rubbing
off. We have a scheme were she keeps the
car clean for me( I am disabled) and I pay her what I would have paid for a car
valet service

</font>

</font>In the
summer Audi ran a advert saying 3D satnav package was free when it cost
£1500 extra

</font>

</font>So I rang
Audi UK 5 times in a week asking them was the advert wrong and no one rang me
back. The following week they ran the advert again.

</font>

</font>I phoned again no call back. So I put a complaint in to the ASA
and they were forced by the ASA not to run the advert again as it was misleading

The £140 tints look good, is this just a film on the windows?

Sorry to hear that - it seems with these dealers it is very much down to the individual you speak to. I think some of them are only interested in the 'selling, and another query that may take their time but may not lead to commission isn't worthy of their effort. They are not all bad though!

Its a shamenot onlythe dealer was bad (jct600) But havinggo to ASA to stop Audi HQ miss-advertising the Q3 they should be ashamed of themselvesI love the car but it seems Audi cars sell themselvesand that's the root of the problem with the dealers.

</font>Yes

</font>

</font>I found out
who sold tints in my local area on google

</font>

</font>I found a
page with loads of Audi cars with without numbers plates so spoke to owner
and they confirmed they do work for the local Audi dealer.They
quote me£140 inc vat

</font>

</font>I knew the
dealer trusted him and he would choose the tint colour to match the factory
Audi Q3. I am colour blind so no good me choosing!

</font>

</font>The dealer
took my Q3 up for me before delivery to me so I didn't lose the car for a day.

</font>

</font>If I have any problems he offers a lifetime warranty as long as I own
the car
