Picked up my Q3 from Cambridge Audi on 6th July. They had not ordered the Sat. Nav SD card which they initially wanted me to return to fit the following week. Once I got the car home, I also noticed a crack in the rear near side fog light. (This doesn't sound positive, but.......)After questioning the requirement for me to return to Cambridge Audi to sort out the Sat Nav, and complaining about the fog light ('exacting' 145 point check my arse) - I am pleased to say they arranged both items to be done at Maidstone Audi, my local dealer, at no cost to myself.The salesman (Jon Savage) was areally helpfulguy (and loves his motorbikes like me too!). He even brought me in half a dozen fresh duck eggs from home when I collected the car,(how we managed to get on to duck eggs during our conversation over buying a car is another matter).The showroom is impressive and they have a massive second hand stock. All in all, despite the hiccups it was a positive experience.
