Following good advice from other participants on the forum I recently had the cambelt/water pump replaced on my 14 reg q3 TDI. (49000 mls)
My local independent charged me a total of £398. Compared with an estimate of £560 from local VAG garage.
Always worth shopping around.

I too have just had my cam belt, all rollers,tensioner, water pump and auxiliary belt changed inc G13 coolant all genuine VAG parts used from TPS for £400 from a local Audi VW independent specialist, as I had no proof it had ever been done 75k 2014 plate. Audi wanted £830 😳
I also had the haldex serviced inc pump filter cleaned.
All work has also been registered digitally with Audi 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
rear haldex seems quieter now 👍🏻
